Fellas,
I tweaked my neck/upperback awhile back just running and jumping. Tweaked it to the point where i couldnt move my head side to side or back and down. Pain and immobility lasted about a week. Thought it was a fluke but it seems to happen more often but not nearly as bad as the first incident. I don't know what causes it. Sometimes doing barbel curls seems to put alot of pressure on my upper back right in between my upper traps. Front squats seem to agitate it too. Do I need eliminate some exercises or strengthen a muscle group or just give it rest, etc.... Are there any exercises to help combat this problem?
