Things are going great. My diet has been clean for over 2 weeks. And no diet soda!!! Workouts are good. Muscles do have memory because my biceps(the small ones I have FOR NOW) are showing and feel firmer. This week I started cardio for 40 mins as soon as I get up and then eating afterwards. I have so much more energy and feel great. That is other than body soreness...
I haven't been on the scale or done any measurements. I am going to wait another week or two. However, I do see a difference in my waistline..small...but a difference. I do notice more firmness in my muscles.
I will keep posting progress.
