YES, you read that right! Umbrella Labs is now offering SEMAGLUTIDE TABLETS in 7mg and 14 mg. I am still in shock myself seeing this! Semaglutide Tablets Dosage Protocol
Week 1–4: Starting Dose
• Dose: 7mg once every 2 days
• Instructions: Take at least 30 minutes before the first food, drink, or any other oral medication of the day. Use water to swallow the tablet, and avoid splitting or crushing it.
• Purpose: To allow the body to gradually adjust to the medication and reduce the risk of side effects like nausea or GI discomfort.
Week 5–8: Maintenance Dose Adjustment
• Dose: Increase to 7mg once daily if tolerated.
• Instructions: Continue taking on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Do not crush or split tablet.
• Purpose: Increase effectiveness in managing blood glucose levels or weight, based on the patient’s goals and tolerability.
Week 9 and Beyond: Full Dose (if necessary and as tolerated)
• Dose: Increase to 14 mg once daily or every two days, based on therapeutic goals and if previous doses are well-tolerated.
• Instructions: Follow the same guidelines regarding timing and intake. Never crush or split tablets
• Purpose: Achieve optimal therapeutic effects for glucose control and/or weight loss, as determined by a healthcare provider.
Key Considerations
• Adherence: Take semaglutide consistently at the same time each day.
• Monitoring: Regularly monitor blood glucose (for diabetic patients) and watch for side effects like nausea, vomiting, or abdominal discomfort, which are common with GLP-1 receptor agonists.
• Adjustment: If adverse effects persist or are severe, consult a healthcare provider for a potential dosage adjustment or extended titration period.
