UK contest dates needed!!!!

I am planning my first contest at the EFBB north east championships in september. As this will be my first contest I thought it might be a good idea to do a smaller show before hand to get experience on stage and getting ready for the day.
I have spent the last two days searching the net for regional contests but cannot find anything about July/August time thats non-tested.
Can anyone help??
