just got some udo's choice for cutting, wondered how u guys suggest taking it? just one serving in a morning i.e. 3-4 dessert spoons of it?

Take this whenever you want, but shy away from fats around your workout. Personally, two tablespoons with breakfast and with your bedtime meal, will be great.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Any time but around workout time is optimal.
 
I take 2 tbsps in the morning, and 2 at night. Works great...

just swallow the spoon fulls and chase it with water or throw it in your protein shake. It's not going to taste like liquid cake, but it's not so bad either, you'll get used to it.

Liquid fats are not a problem at workout times.
Dont know why you would buy udos who today needs omega 6 or 9 supplements and the omega 3 it provides is poor
