Udate on me!!!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I have gone MIA on ya'll but it's been very hectic here. First let me say my son Brandon is doing good we have to of course take him back to the specialist this month. My husband's uncle had a big cancer scare recently thank God it was just a scare. I have been having major computer or internet problems one not sure which to blame really. LOL I have started my own biz. And that's been crazy sometimes I feel like I'm running around in circles and not really getting anything done but in the end I get everything done. Sound weird???? LOL I have lacked very very bad on my eating. With everyting going on and I'm an emotional eater soooo you can take it from there. But I'm getting back on track. We are still building our home gym.
We are still looking for a house. We need one big enough for us all but I refuse to pay an arm and a leg for something I feel is not worth it. Plus to find one that has room for our home gym is hard to do as well. We are thinking of maybe going the route of tearing down our old and just building a new one to our liking but who knows how that will really go. LOL

Our state has also accepted some of the Katrina victims. We have donated money and other items to them. So far they seem to like it here, they say we are very nice people. Some are going to stay here and some some are going to go back home as soon as they are able to. Either way I hope the best for them and we will continue to help in any way we can.

Anyway I just wanted to let you all know I have no forgotten my great buddies here on EF and what has been going on with me. And to let you all know I'm still drudging along.

Hey girl! You have been busy! Congrats on all the new activities! I'm sure its pure chaos, but it might help if you put in that little extra effort to eat on a structured schedule & eat clean. Then the whole effect of the crap food, the cortisol & the stress don't ball up as much.

RE: Katrina -- definitely a disaster that will change this country But there are even new evacuee / transplants showing up in my home town in N. Minnesota!

Eat oreo's no thanks girl. I have to detox now. LOL No not really I'm doing ok my biggest thing is that I don't eat and when I did it was what I could grab and with running so much it was not anything good. LOL
