I'm looking to not put on mass but really harden up, get vasuclar and get rid of the baby fat on my stomach. The cycle is as follows

Weeks 1-4
400mg's EQ
50mg's Winny ED
250 mg's Test Enth

Weeks 6-10
400mg's EQ
75mg's fina EOD
250 mg's Test Enth

I am pretty dicilpined when it comes to eating. I am thinking low carb, nothing after 3 p.m expect after my workout (dextrose) and moderate fat (60-80g's a day). I will be doing cardio twice a day, in the AM and post workout. Does this sound pretty good? I'm currently 5'8", 200lbs, 11%BF. Looking to get below 9. Any suggestions?

I just have this stubborn ass fat on my lower abs. I have vascular arms, upper 4 abs in and then a frieken spare tire. I have never done EQ before but I will be running ECA for appetite suppression. If I am hungry I will just load up on my lean protein with minimal carbs, I'm pretty good with my diet. I'm almost 23 and yes, still have baby fat

Hmmm, yea I think EQ would be good, Var would be even better. Better yet, EQ and Var. Use some Yohimburn DF on your love handles and lower stomach while on as well.

Take r-ALA or ALA with every meal you eat.

I would love to use var but in my current college economic standing it does not fit into the budget well. The winny is cheap and should be a decent synergistic combo to this stack, hopefully it will at least. Why is var so expensive?

Ah yes, the joy of capitalism. Well, hopefully in the near future when I start my job after graduation me an Mr. Anavar will finally meet. I have only heard of what he has to offer, never been able to afford it along with other gear.
