Two questions about cardio

1. Is it OK to do cardio (~20 minutes) right after weight-lifting?

2. If the answer to 1 is Yes, is it OK to do cardio on leg day, too?

thanks.

its ok to do cardio after your weights... on leg day??? for me-- I wouldnt have any strength left to do it... so it depends on how heavy you train legs.

I am just starting to add some cardio to my routine. But i am just gonna do it on days i dont workout. I dont want to have to figure out when to do both on the same day... to much of a headache.

I can't do cardio after legs b/c I'm wiped out. If I were willing to do the rowing machine (I have low back issues so I'm scared of it!), I guess I could.

i don't mind doing a little cardio after legs...low intensity though. i'm talking about just walking on the treadmill...no incline and only for 20-30 minutes. i feel like it "loosens" up my legs after a workout.

Of course it's okay to do cardio after your weights. But after legs, well, that depends if you can still walk! I myself couldn't even attempt to do cardio after legs cuz my legs are pretty much "done" after I train them.
