My chest was severely lagging behind the rest of my body. A family friend is an IFBB Pro so I asked him for some advice and he introduced me to the "double tap" method for incline bench press. The concept can be applied to just about every exercise. You bring the weight all the way down, tap it twice (lightly) on your chest, and explode up. I can't tell you how much this little change in my routine has helped my chest grow.
What are your experiences? What little changes have you made to your routine to break through a plateau? We've all been there, but how'd you get past it?
When I plateau again in the future it'll be great to reference this thread and try out your suggestions. I'm hoping this thread will help others who are stuck in a plateau as well.
P.S.
This is my first post! I'm looking forward to being an active member of these forums.
