Like I said earlier we've all done the searching and it almost always comes down to a lean chicken breast and boring plain fish and rice on many a bodybuilding diet. So that'd be the answer except that many a bodybuilder has gone stir crazy for a really bad pizza hence my 'the one you can eat'.
Even a fatty meat can be trimmed or have the fat cooked off. And don't ignore seasoning the f**k out of a plain meat to flavor it up
