5x5 for chest/tri/delt day

bench 5x5 @ 195 easy ( 225x6 is repsPR, 1 rep max PR is 280 )

incline bench 2x8 @ 185 tough =) ( pr is 205x4, never maxed )

horizontal flies 2x8 @ 50 each hand tough

skull crushers 5x5@ 85 elboes starten to hurt may go incline from now on ( PR is 95x8 )

rope PD 2x8 @ 110 easy enough

dips 1x6 1x4 arms were getting real tired at this point

military press 5x5 @ 135 good ( PR is 205x3, never done 1 RM )

front raise 2x8 @ 20 each hand good

side raise 2x8 @ 15 each hand good
 
good workout, you mentioned the flats as being easy..what weight did you start the 5x5 at?? you just getting going? or been at it for a few weeks?
