Being 6'2" and weiging 201, if you lay in bed all day, you will burn about 2000 calories. If you continue to walk, that will help. I would recommend taking in about 1700-2000 calories a day. Restrict or eliminate carbohydrates after about 4:00 pm. You will get carbs and fat in your foods without really trying. So pay attention to your protein and try to get at the bare minimum around 150 grams a day. Eat 4-6 times a day, but pay mind to the calories. Whatever number you decide on, spread them out throughout the day. Some folks may (and probably will) disagree, but that's what I'd do.
