I'm 6'2", 201 pounds. I am down from 235 last winter! Anyway, I have about 10-15 more pounds to go and want to know the best way to do it.

How many calories a day should I be eating to lose fat but not muscle? I walk between 30-60 minutes a day (1.8 -3.6 miles)
 
Being 6'2" and weiging 201, if you lay in bed all day, you will burn about 2000 calories. If you continue to walk, that will help. I would recommend taking in about 1700-2000 calories a day. Restrict or eliminate carbohydrates after about 4:00 pm. You will get carbs and fat in your foods without really trying. So pay attention to your protein and try to get at the bare minimum around 150 grams a day. Eat 4-6 times a day, but pay mind to the calories. Whatever number you decide on, spread them out throughout the day. Some folks may (and probably will) disagree, but that's what I'd do.
 
What's your current diet looking like?
i'd say at your height and weight you'd need about 2500 calories a day and with good excercise that increases your heart rate and resistance excercises (Weights) you will be better off
 
yeah, im with baby face there to, i think more like 2300 calories is great for keeping your muscle, your protein intake needs to be high on this diet though, more like 275 grams is like it with carbs under 150grams and no carbs after 4pm except in your post workout shake
 
Who wants to help me figure out a diet/workout schedule? Main problem: I have no weights, little money, and no access to a gym.
