So I took a look at http://www.lowfatlifestyle.com/sandwiches/sandwichrecipes/southwesternchickenwraps.htm
I'm having a hard time believing that would say 3g fat. but... this is pretty lean eating right? I found some Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips 11$ for a 3 LB bag!
With a side dish of maybe cottage cheese somewhere in the day.. do you think I'm on the right track? =/ I'm getting back on track to the point where I am doing aerobics 45-60 mins every morning, and trying to cut out a lot of sugar... i've stopped drinking soda. and its been hard.. can't have coffee anymore, I'm tired of relying on it for energy.. blah So, I could really use some help EF ladies...would really appreciate it!!
oh and my stats? if you need them?
I am 5'6" 124lbs 35" 29" 34" (my waistage has been going up a bit ) my legs are NOT in shape, my thighs are average, and I used to have a big problem with toning up the back of my thighs, the gap between my legs isn't very big either (gross ey?)...they're a little more toned now, but it's still very disappointing
