trying to come up with new ideas for Meals...Chicken wraps?

So I took a look at http://www.lowfatlifestyle.com/sandwiches/sandwichrecipes/southwesternchickenwraps.htm

I'm having a hard time believing that would say 3g fat. but... this is pretty lean eating right? I found some Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips 11$ for a 3 LB bag! ;)

With a side dish of maybe cottage cheese somewhere in the day.. do you think I'm on the right track? =/ I'm getting back on track to the point where I am doing aerobics 45-60 mins every morning, and trying to cut out a lot of sugar... i've stopped drinking soda. and its been hard.. can't have coffee anymore, I'm tired of relying on it for energy.. blah :( So, I could really use some help EF ladies...would really appreciate it!! :)

oh and my stats? if you need them?
I am 5'6" 124lbs 35" 29" 34" (my waistage has been going up a bit :eek2: ) my legs are NOT in shape, my thighs are average, and I used to have a big problem with toning up the back of my thighs, the gap between my legs isn't very big either (gross ey?)...they're a little more toned now, but it's still very disappointing :worried:
 
I would replace the cheddar cheese with either soy cheese or fat free motzarella/parmesan. Overall, that recipe has SOOOOO many variations in the sense that you can season the chicken with anything you like...could also use turkey breast, shrimp(yum), you can make a breakfast egg white burrito :) to name a few!

-To figure out exactly OR as close as possible, you can eneter the whole meal on fitday.com.....it would give you a general idea on the macros for the meal/s. Good job on quiting drinking soda... that stuff is so bad for you (140calories and 60g sugar for a canned drink is crazy).... why did you give up coffee??? I personally dont drink coffee but I know a few people who need at least 2 cups/day to function. I like drinking diet rite once in a while if I crave something OTHER than plain water....also green tea on the low carb days is a savior!!!!

Look around at some of the logs too see sample diets/training. Also, take a look at the sticky's at the top of the page..they would help you figure out a full meal plan and exercise regime. With a clean diet...all those little things you are not happy about would just fix up soon enough (back of thighs;your vaist)

*I just wanted to say that a giant gap between a woman's legs is IMO gross. Women should be shapely and that constitutes to some nice and meaty legs :)
 
If you want to get around the "wrap" part of it you can use a big leaf of lettuce or spinach as well.
