Hey guys, I am trying to put together what I plan to do for this coming spring/summer. So please let me know what you think.
I am 24, 6'0, 205 pounds, and right around 10% body fat. My Cycle history is as follows:
1. Helladrol
2. Test E
3. SARMs Triple Stack.
Out of all of those, I like the sarms stack the best, because those are best suited for my goals. My goals would be:
1. Look Good
2. Look Good
3. Athletic Performance
I lift 3 days a week.. Mon, Wed, Fri. Mon is push, Wed is Pull, and Friday is legs. I play competitive Basketball on Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun.. and also do speed training, which is like extreme HIIT cardio, on Sundays and Wednesdays.
I want to run the Triple Stack again, but with some changes. First swap out MK for LGD, and then add in some peptides (IGF and MGF). then repeat.
1-8: LGD-4033, 10mg/day
1-8: S-4, 50-75mg/day
1-8: GW-50, 20mg/day
1-4: IGF-1 LR3, 100mcg 3x/week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
1-8: PEG MGF, 200mcg 3x/week (Tues, Thurs, Sat)
9-12: Clomid, 25/25/25/25
9-12: MK-2877, 25mg/day
9-12: GW-50, 20mg/day
9-12: IGF-1 LR3, 100mcg 3x/week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
9-12: PEG MGF, 200mcg 3x/week (Tues, Thur, Sat)
13-16 OFF SARMS & Peptides
17-28 Repeat weeks 1-12.
The Entire time I will be running:
HCGenerate
Unleashed
Liquidex
Omega T-Force, 500mg/day
Pure Bulbine, 1000mg/day
TJ100, 100mg/day
