Crouch down so that your on the balls of your feet and your butt is resting on your heels, knees off the ground. Now stand up, useing only one leg.
If you have to you can hold your other leg, but only use one, and only let one, touch the ground as you rise.
How many people here have trouble with that? I just saw on a jackie chan movie (drunken master) he had one leg straight out, and stood up FAST with the other. I tried it (thinking it would be easy) and I did it hard trying to do it fast like him and almost busted my knee (didn't expect it to be that hard)
Anyone have trouble with this? I don't weightlift that much, so it may be easier for you guys who are useing to squatting with like 900 pounds or whatever.
Tell me if it's easy or surprisingly difficult for ya plz
