TRT dose for females?

I am looking into getting testosterone replacement therapy TRT. My husband already got it but his doctor is against females getting it and I have tried several doctors who don’t want to even look into it. I am not looking to bulk or anything, just want to get my levels where it should be. Going to have to go it alone on this one as insurance doesn’t give me more options. What dosage should I look at? I’m 55 years old

Follow what stevesmi suggests. Start low, get bloods, and adjust from there. Try to get yourself to the upper end of the normal range but not above it.
