tris on Back day, and bis on Chest Day?

I noticed many people do it that way. Wouldn't you be overtraining your arms like that? Or do arms recuperate pretty fast? many others work their bis on the back day, and tris on the chest day (that's what i've been doing).

not everyone can "overtrain" their body. some bodies recover faster than others and can train more. like i can do arms every day off the week and never really be sore, and i still see results.

People should not train that way. In general, you'll overtrain your arms doing that.

You train your arms every day of the week? I'm sorry but that's just idiotic.

training your arms every day is totally idiotic.

training your arms every other day is plain stupid.

training your arms every 3 days....mmmmmmm....mabye!! if you're on heavy juice and/or genetically gifted.

training your arms every 4-5 days... now you're in the ballpark.

training your arms once a week is probably best as your arms like any muscle need time to rejuvenate if you really really destroy them.

I will definitely work chest and biceps on a monday. Take a day off. Back and triceps on Wednesday. Extra stim never hurt me, just seemed to really shock my muscles.
