trenbolone ace for 8 weeks with winstrol

44 years old. 10 year steroid vet first time with tren. 178Lbs and 8% body fat
need some help with using tren ace for 8 weeks along with winstrol. My plan was this:
tren 250mgs a week
winstrol 25mgs a day. Increasing to 40mgs a day at week 5. this would be a 10 week stack. Goal is recomp/cutting. Any changes you would make to help with sides?

At 8% bf you don't need to cut/recomp, you need to put on some muscle. 8% is barely sustainable long term. Any lower is not sustainable.
Can you post a pic of your current physique? How tall are you? 178lbs is pretty small unless your very short.

i would play it like this:

tren 200mgs a week
finish the cycle with winstrol

you should add proviron the whole way. It will definitely add some hardening to your stack. you will see some big results

i love tren and winstrol together. It's great for recomposition and it's great for cutting. Just be careful with the side effects.
