Ok, with all the reading I have been lately into various causes of gyno etc etc there have been some light shed in other areas as well.

As most of us know tren seems to hel in shedding fat, regardless of the way we eat. Many still say that AAS can not help in fat loss except by the indirect effect of increasing our muscle mass and in turn placing greater demands on caloric intake.

Additionally, I admit I have not been a big believer in site injections, yet there are a few who swear that tren site injections do work and they work well.

Now, what can account for the fat burning affects as well as the site injection benefits that are being toughted? Well it appears that tren is great at riasing IGF-1 levels (and so is nandralone by the way). As I have pointed out recently IGF-1 seems to do wonders for burning fat as well as increasing cell proliferation and differentation and can likely account for tren ability to add keepable muscle, burn fat and allow for site injections to work wonders. Here is a tid bit showing some info on fiber cross sectional areas and shows an increase in type IIa and b or 20 and 30 percent respctivly.

Recent studies suggest that the anabolic effects of testosterone in muscle may in part be mediated by the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of nandrolone (NAN) on both IGF-1 and IGF binding proteins (BP) in the diaphragm muscle of one-year old female rats. NAN (6.6 mg/kg/day) was infused continuously for 17 days using a subcutaneous silastic implant, while controls (CTL) received blank capsules. Muscle fibers were classified immunohistochemically, and fiber cross-sectional areas (CSA) determined quantitatively. IGF-1 levels in both serum and muscle were determined by radioimmunoassay. Immunoreactivity to an IGF-1 antibody was used to localize IGF-1 expression within individual muscle fibers. Muscle IGFBPs were determined by SDS-PAGE and Western ligand blotting and measured by scanning densitometry. Body weight was higher in the NAN group compared to CTL (9.4 ± 4.5% vs. -0.6 ± 3.1%). There were no changes in the fiber composition of the diaphragm. NAN increased the CSA of type IIa (20%) and type IIx/b (30%) diaphragm fibers. Levels of IGF-1 in the diaphragm muscle were significantly higher (50%) in NAN treated animals. Immunohistochemistry revealed increased localization of IGF-1 within type IIx/b diaphragm fibers. In addition, NAN increased IGFBP-3 within the diaphragm (69%) while IGFBP-4 decreased (40%). We conclude that NAN-induced diaphragm muscle fiber hypertrophy is in part mediated by influences of the IGF system within the muscle, such that coordinated changes in IGFBPs reflect a direction of change that has been associated with an anabolic response in other test systems.

Now, the above study used nandralone, but tren has shown similar if not a greater ability to raise IGF-1 levels.

This is my sixth day onf fina/winny and I am up 8 pounds so far. I dont know whats doin it...I know it isnt all muscle...but I think that a week from now when the pumps and the strength kicks in from the fina I will have to take out a loan and hire prostitutes to perform obscene amounts of felatio on Zyg and TxLonghorn for getting me started on Fina.

Thats why NOR-testosterone and derrivatives are FAR BETTER
IMO than Tesosterone and its derrivatives.

IGF-1 stimulation is far greater in progestenic-based
AAS.

Oh, and Tren RULES...

Granted the abstract is on rats, but damn, the 20 and 30 percent cross sectional increase took place over only 17 days!

If I weren't so scared of progesterone gyno (thanks to most of this board) I'd try deca and fina. I guess I could throw winny in, but that's not even 100%, and I don't have loads of cash sitting around.

is it the more the availability and cost of fina that attracts most? say vs. something like ttokyo tren for example?

would they otherwise be comparable? not too much info on the boards here with ttokyo tren is why i'm asking. seems many people are sold on finaplex.
