Hey guys
I am currently cutting on a test e/tren a cycle running 250mg test and 350mg tren weekly.
I am at a 900 calorie defecit everyday, macros are roughly 480p/200c/<40f
Ive kept fat low and carbs up because ive seen studies that say tren blocks dietary carbs/protein into bodyfat if estrogen is kept low, so if dietary fat is kept low then i can maintain fullness from carbs/protein while burning bodyfat. nevertheless
I am getting the usual carb cravings and my original plan was to carb up once a week like i did when i cut naturally, but with tren if i carb up (to maintenance) 2x a week, will this,
a) slow fat loss dramatically
b) increase lean muscle mass (thus, dropping more bf%)
cutting on anabolics is new to me, especially tren which changes the whole physiological game.
