Tren Ace/Test Prop Cycle needs reviewing

Age: 22
Weight: 175 (goal >205)
Height: 6'1"
bf%: 10-12% (goal 6-8%)
Training seriously for 3 years
Diet consists of 250g of protein and 3.5k-4.5k calories/day
AAS history: Did a Test prop cycle previously

Goal of Cycle:

To gain a lot of lean mass in general while still being cut and get a lot stronger

AAS and Dosage:

Weeks 1-8 Trenbolone Acetate 50mg ED work up to 75mg ED
Weeks 1-10 Testosterone Prop 50mg ED

During Cycle and Post Cycle Therapy:

Weeks 1-10 HCG 1000iu/wk. 2 pins of 500iu start at 500iu and begin on week 2. notice any atrophy, bump it up to 1000iu. want to take as little as possible.

Weeks 12-16 Clomid 100/50/50/50mg/daily
Weeks 1-8 Prami at .25 work up to .5mg ED

You should not be using tren, you are 22 on top of that your stats aren't to great for being 6,1" especially having done a test cycle

Personally i would work on building a better base but if you are hell bent on doing something do a test p var cycle but no tren for you my friend

Also your pct is garbage

What would you run for PCT in this cycle?
 
^^^ why do you think you are having a tough time gaining mass? 6 1 and 175 is very skinny. i think we need to work on your diet and possibly training first. could be many things we can do to get you going in the right direction.. juicing just isn't the solution right now

these are common mistakes guys who can't gain make
1. not working your legs
2. too much cardio
3. not eating enough calories
4. workouts geared to burn calories not to gain mass
 
Oh my bad my weight is now 190. Where I just copied my stats from my first cycle from an old site and forgot to change the info. Even though I am larger now I still didn't react when i saw my stat as 175 because I weighed that for most of my life growing up hehe

My workout is as follows.

Monday
CHEST
# 4 sets of incline dumbbell press, 8-10 reps. Superset immediately with incline flies at a lower weight
# 3 sets of bench press, 8-10 reps
# 3 sets of cable crossovers, till failure
# 3 sets of weighted chest dips until failure
BICEPS
# 3 sets of barbell curls, 8-10 reps
#3 sets of 21’s
# 3 sets of preacher curls, 8-10 reps

Tuesday
LEGS
* 4 sets of squats 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of lunges 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of leg press 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of leg extensions till failure
* 3 sets of leg curls 8-10 reps

Wednesday
BACK
* 3 sets of lat pulldowns8-10 reps
* 4 sets of deadlifts 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of bent over rows 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of dumbell rows 8-10 reps
* 3 sets of hyperextensions 8-10 reps

Thursday
SHOULDERS
* 4 sets of shoulder press
* 3 sets of upright rows suppersetted with lateral raises
* 3 sets of front raises
*3 sets of lying rear delt raises
TRICEPS
# 3 sets of close-grip bench press
# 4 sets of pulldowns
# 3 sets of skullcrushers

Saturday
FULL BODY EXHAUST
>4 sets of deadlifts till failure
>4 sets of squats till failure
>3 sets of clean and jerk till failure
>3 sets of pull ups
 
I am all about doing this cycle. I know I am younger then most on here and am aware of the risks that are involved with age. I was just posting so you guys could critique this cycle not advise against. So please give any and all advice geared towards helping with this cycle.

yeah big difference between someone 6 foot 175 and 190.
 
Even if ur weight is up, this is ur second cycle bro.

Why not go with prop + var or even something like prop + mast + tbol.

Well I mean another just test cycle would be cheaper which is a plus! I am afraid I won't see alot of results because I have already ran a test cycle once and went from 175-185. I don't want to get into orals because of liver problems and Tren as everybody knows is unparalleled if you are not a f**ck and don't gain the knowledge on taking it.
