everything upstairs was still tight from the chest and back workout yesterday. however, i did eat good, and get a nap.

hang clean & press - 135x5x4 sets.
db upright row - 75'sx5x4 sets.

cable side laterals - 40'sx10x3 sets.
db shrugs(i didnt have straps) - 90'sx10x3 sets.

db side laterals - 25'sx15x1 set.
db shrug rows - 65'sx15x1 set.

and 1 superset of:
rear laterals - 25's x 20x 1 set
bb shrugs - 100x20x1 set.

very blown afterword, but completly exhausted.

Hey man, chest movements already hammer your shoulders, and back movements your rear delts and traps. Why would you train those all again the next day?
