transitioning from a cut to an AAS bulk?

I am finishing up a cutter off cycle to shed all my excess fat and keep my muscle. It is pretty much complete at this point. When I start my next cycle (test- and deca), how should I transition? The goal would be to eat 1,000 calories more eventually in order to gain muscle. At what point should I slowly increase and my cals and by how much? My cycle is short esthers so should I wait until week four to get to my calorie goal? And maybe slowly go up by like 200-300 calories every week until I get to that point?
 
I'd say adjustments of 250 calories or so per week is a good start, especially if your idea is to stay lean during your bulk.
 
What is your bulking diet going to look like?

I find I can stay ripped and put on bulk while using a low carb, keto, or TKD diet. Otherwise it's almost impossible for me.
 
No I plan on going 2g of carbs per pound, along with 1.75g of protein per pound, and 0.5g of fat per pound. I am alos gonna run caber and arimidex (adex for bloat). I think you're idea of going up 250g every 7 days is a good one, and then I'll be at my full calorie goal by week 4 since it won't kick in before
