- Status: Finishing slight cut, into bulk (IF, lean bulk)
- Target Calories: 3,500-3,600 Workout, 2,600-2,700 rest.

- 30ml, 50mg/ml Ostarine
- Erase or Triazole
Plan:
- Ost: 15-17.5mg everyday (I know you can do up to 25, but it doesn't seem larger doses scale as much). Plan to run this for 2x6-week cycles to maximize gains, while minimizing any possible need for an AI (roughly 3 weeks between cycles, while maintaining Erase/Tria). I see no evidence of any NEED for an AI due to low-suppression...but unless one of you all convince me otherwise to run 1x8-week cycle then I'll stick to me 2x5-week plan!
- Erase most likely, 2 caps/every day. I will either take during the break between my mini cycles, after 8-week cycle, or all throughout Ost time period, could use some advice on this portion. I hope this meets all rules, stat requirements, etc. First post, hopefully not a stupid one.
