I've just updated my training page on my website. It has the whole training cycle that I used in preparation for the last meet I in which I competed.

Hopefully some part of my training can benefit others :D

Looks good, BG! You and pwr_machine do awesome work.

I liked that you added that although the increases seem small, any increase is significant for the advanced lifter. That is so important to understand. We have a lot of people here that are new to stength training, and are used to seeing 20-30 pound jumps. I just came out of a "beginners luck" phase myself. I want to stress that for a DRUG FREE, FEMALE powerlifter to be gaining strength at that rate after 5+ years of training is VERY SIGNIFICANT....even if it seems like a drop in the bucket to a male lifter coming fresh out of the gate.

I can't wait to see how your next cycle turns out. Heck, I may even come see the next comp! :D

looks good....how many times a week did you work a particular muscle group

My training split looks like this:

Sunday – Squats and Legs
Monday – Off
Tuesday – Band Presses
Wednesday – Deadlifts and Back
Thursday – Bench Press and Chest
Friday – Shoulders and Biceps
Saturday – Board Presses and Triceps

I'm about to change it up a little for the next training cycle. I have to add another day with speed squats.

Spatts, would love to meet you in person!!:D

Thanks you guys :D

I'm also about to (in the next 20 minutes) add a Training Tips Page.

What else would you like to see on my website? I'm open to suggestions.
