Training hard on CKD

Is that a bad idea?

Would a hyper caloric state, with proper ratios, allow for proper muscle repair and possible growth

or

fat chance without glucose

I've kept my training pretty intense since i strrted CKD (only 3 days so far) and I feel fine so far. Just worried that I might 'cause damage/muscle loss from doing this.

well I was on eca and yohimbine, and I felt fine for first 8 days and then all of a sudden I lost a lot of strength. You won't build muscle while your cutting, just repair any you use up.

Karma for you simply because you always ask awesome questions that invoke some interesting reads.

It's important to keep lifting heavy while you're eating below maintenance calories - specifically for the sake of muscle preservation (not necessarily for muscle gain). It's important to really shock your muscles with heavy weights when you're eating under maintenance - otherwise they figure, "hey, we're not being expected to work...let's take it easy, etc.," and you wind up losing lean mass.

Your body doesn't need CHO to preserve existing muscle, so it's not the case that you'll lose what you already have by lifting heavy on a CKD. Some bro's even run above maintenance CKD's to add mass. Just listen to your body though, it should tell you when you've crossed the line.
