training every muscle 3 times a week, how would the routine look?

it would be something like 3-4 sets/bodypart i guess? 2-1-2 split..

one day upperbody and one day lower..how would a good program look?

i really need to do something new now.
would like to try an approach like this.

suggestions?
 
I've been doing full body workouts because i'm only able to hit gym 3 x week.
