You have to set your own priorities, if it was me I would work out. But if sleep is more important than working out than sleep. If you are asking which one would be better for your appearance than the choice should be easy.
Versas not working out at all, yes. If it is a one time thing I wouldn't stress it too much. I worked hard for my muscle and I will be damned if I just stop working out and let it all go away.
