Training/diet during PCT

I know this should most likely go in both the weightlifting and diet forums but it relates to steroids and figured it might work best here.

After a bulking cycle and you are wanting to start a cut, do you immediately start cutting during PCT or train with the same volume/intensity you did during the cycle to try and minimize muscle loss?

Also, should I keep my calories at a bulking level during PCT for the same reason or go right into a calorie deficit to start cutting?

For example, Im coming off a dbol/test cycle and am going to be doing novla/clomid for PCT and then take a few months off before starting the cutter which will most likely be EQ/Deca/Winstrol. I've been training monday-friday while "on" to try and maximize my gains, and wow it has worked really well, size and strength are through the roof. Normally I only worked out mon-wed-fri though and wondering if I should stick with the mon-fri during PCT or back to m/w/f.

Thanks in advance

Keep the training intensisty the same while bulking or cutting. Of course you will have to cut the volume down a bit while your off the juice.

I would start cutting calories during PCT, keep the protien high, drop the carbs a bit, and ramp up the cardio if you didnt start already.

Go by how your body feels while off. If you dont have the same stamina just do your m/w/f workouts but keep the intensisty high.

Train with as close to the same volume/intensity as you can during your PCT and I'd say even after PCT for about a month to make sure and lock those gains in . Then you can start cutting. Would be even better if you could wait a couple months of hitting it hard still to cut.

If you don't want to lose a large quantity of muscle, keep your calories at the same level or some even say bump them up 1000 calories.

Stick to 5 days, always.

Train the same and eat the same while you were on your bulking mode...the volume of your weights will decrease but keep eating the same and training with the same "intensity". You dont want to start cutting cals during PCT either...keep going the same route you were up until you are ready to start your cutting cycle...biggest mistake alot of people make is they start cutting cals and slacking off in the gym during PCT..this is how you loose your gains...keep on the same track even during PCT...once you start your cutting cycle..then change it all around...
