Guys and gals,

If you ever have looked at the powerlifting board, you probably have noticed IrishPower. This guy is a true animal as he is dedicated to the sport of powerlifting. This guy should serve as a model for motivation. I like his methods and I am also impressed with his online training log.

Check out his link. . .he provides some interesting videos.

IP, will put your lifts into perspective. If you think your 300 or 400lb bench is impressive. . . . .think again!!! This guy is out of your league.

I feel very small right now :(

The important thing is that you are a hard worker. It is funny when people brag about a 300 or 400lb bench when there are others out there who can easily double this.

I am most impressed with IP's intensity and dedication. I just wanted to put things in perspective for other trainers out there.

You hit the nail on the head and I agree. He is a fucking animal.

Yeeeah... I think my puny 325 bench is pretty pathetic... :)

After seeing that I think I should change and do something like croquet.... :)
