Hey guys, does anyone train any bodyparts more than once a week??I was thinkin of it but ive seen people injure themselves through that. Just wonderin guys.

I think if you hit a plateau(sp?) and want to just change the routine, then hitting two body parts a day would be a good change for your body. Just maybe hit 3 sets on each part worked ; kind of gets you out of the usual rut for a while. Anything to keep it motivating and fun.
