seriously though, i love it...i can shorten each session up to about 35-40 mins.
don't have to go all out and crush myself every sess, cause i know in a few days i'll be hitting the same bodypart up again.
plus it keeps my head in the game and gets me up early everyday...yea some days i feel overtrained and weak but mostly i kill it every AM.
any thoughs on this?
