So taboo i know, i'm overtraining!@#!@#!@#!@#!@#!@
seriously though, i love it...i can shorten each session up to about 35-40 mins.
don't have to go all out and crush myself every sess, cause i know in a few days i'll be hitting the same bodypart up again.
plus it keeps my head in the game and gets me up early everyday...yea some days i feel overtrained and weak but mostly i kill it every AM.
any thoughs on this?

if you think its working, and your gettin results then go for it. Arnt you on cycle though? Or are you off now?

11:30-12:30 pm: Clean pulls
05:00-06:00 pm: Clean and Jerk
06:30-07:30 pm: Snatch
07:30-08:00 pm: Front Squat
08:00-08:30 pm: Snatch Pulls
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

09:00-10:00 am: Snatch from the hang
10:30-11:30 am: Partial Jerks
11:30-12:00 pm: Back Squat
12:00-12:30 pm: Power Clean
12:30-01:30 pm: Snatch and Clean Pulls

and on Sunday you can go play racket ball...

Jesus that is a lot of lifting! I was just going to mention how often olympic lifters trained. They have a little assistance though, don't they:p? I think more volume equals more hypertrophy as long as it is done properly. I lift 4 days a week, but do pushups and other pt work almost every day, +running 3-4 days a week.

maybe taking a week off every 5-6 weeks would be a good idea? Or whenever you feel necessary. Whatever works works :)

couple yrs ago i attempted the smolov squat routine.
lasted about 3 weeks, squatting that many times a week faded me big time.
 
If its working keep at it, i would recommend at least a week off after 6-8 weeks to give your body some good rest time.
 
Example: do say a killer workout monday followed by a light workout on tuesday and a medium workout on wednesday, then do a single exercise to death (like squats or push press) on Thursday with a big cardio session, then on friday do a moderate workout, Sat a light workout, then a killer on Sunday, and start the next week light....

What I do is more complicated in that I also do whole body workouts each day, but also change the emphasis of the intensity from upper/lower, push/pull, reps/singles:

Monday
Pulling: moderate - 3 reps snatch x 10 sets
Legs: heavy - 5x5 to increasing near max
Pushing: Light - 3 x 8 PBN
Chins: 3 x10

Tues:
Legs Light: 3 x 8 front squat
Pressing: Heavy 10x 2 jerks
Pulling: Moderate 4 x 5 snatch grip deadlift from blocks
Bench: build up to 2x near fast max over 10 sets

Wed:
Pulling: heavy cleans 10 x 1 building to max (fail twice with same weight)
Legs Light: Overhead squat
Pushing: light 5x5 dip - bodyweight
Deadlift: 3 x 3 quite heavy

..........
