same thursday..water drops to 4 oz at each meal.
friday..steak instead of chic..carbs same. water none.....then game on baby!
i hope so....im nervous as hell....ALL those girls look good....tough competition! if i place top 5..id be estatic! but im happy to be going and doing it! improve from here...
