ok i been on a deca at 100mg a week for 3 weeks i eat 3000 cals a day i lift weights for about 1.5 to 2 hours then i run for 1 to 2 hours i havent seen any effects except for endurance and i last longer while running i was thinking of gaining 5-7 punds of muscle in 12 weeks should i stop the cardio cuz it burns too many calories that can be used for my muscles?
