to the people that do DC training do you take the 2grms per pound in protien?

or do you just do his training? do some of you make gains with out as much protien as he reccomends or does everyone follow the protien guideline?
 
i try to pack in as much as i can do realistically, financially and with my appetite.

thats my honest answer. i wont lie and say im doing everything perfectly, but im trying.

DC has repeatedly stated that the 2x bw protein is essential if you can manage it. If anyone is capable of doing it and is not, they really are not making gains like they could be.
 
Eating huge is a crucial element of this program!! Gains will not be maximized if elements are overlooked.

The program is intense and causes extreme breakdown of the muscles. Two grams of protein per bodyweight is enough to repair the damage muscle tissue and stimulate new growth.

I am not following DC, but from what I have read, the program is diet and training together. The two go hand-in-hand with his program.

That's what I got out of all the posts on it, anyway.....

from yalls posts the results look amazing

im looking foward to seeing how this works for yall down the road

or if all this is just a placebo effect
