To pierce or not to pierce?

I've been giving a lot of thought lately to piercing my belly button. Any thoughts? Those who have done it, was it a bad experience? Way painful, but worth it? Maybe even not that painful?
 
my fiancee did it in high school and it got infected.

I sincerely think there are few things hotter than infected piercings - go for it!

Lol. Getting my nipples or clit pierced aren't even considerations for me. As far as it being cliche, I'll admit it might be. But then again, the same could be said for tattoos. Plus, I'm not wanting to do it so that I can wear little hoochie shirts that show my midriff every day. It's just something I have been considering.

To be perfectly frank, one ought to have a lean flat belly to pierce his or her bellybutton. Seriously, if you are sporting a bit of a pooch belly, I wouldnt do it. If you have a sixpack, then go for it.
 
i got shitfaced over spring break a couple years ago and was bribed into having my left tit pierced. hurt like a mother even though i was drunk and hurt even worse taking it out the next morning.

I don't think there is really any way we can say one way or the other what type of tattoo you should get unless you post up a pic of said breasts.

Actually, he meant 'said' as in the common last name found amongst people in the Middle East or Africa (pronounced "sigh-eed"). It's also slang in Bermuda for "totally fucking bitching". So when he says 'said breasts', he really means "phatchik has totally fucking bitching chestmuffins".
 
I apologize for the way jackangel just phrased that. "Chestmuffins" is a term that I find offensive and I am not sure how comfortable I am with that language.
I think what he meant to say was fun bags.

Back to the belly button... I see no problem with getting it done. Had mine done in December. Just make sure you take care of it 3 times a day and make sure the piercer has you lay down. One of my friends got hers done sitting instead of lying down and it turned out crooked. Go for it!
