to much training?

Yup. Four days tops IMO. I do three. Try doing cardio and abs on the off days. That should keep you busy.
 
Yeah, that shit feeling you get is your body just STARTING to repair itself properly. Used to happen to me when I trained too much; I was so high on epinephrine, and so fired up all the time (because I went to the gym almost every day) that I never really got to sit back and notice how sore and worn out I was. You should take a week off, then switch to a lower volume routine.
 
I lift 4 times a week and do cardio on one off day and thats all I need but I have friends who work out 6 days a week and they look like they have gotten great results in a matter of 4 months. Its how your body reacts and recovers. I recommend only 4 times a week though.
