i'm going to start the West side PL style soon but i'm a little nervous since right now my splits are down to a science. i spent a lot of time creating my own routines and always have the idea, if it ain't broke- don't fix it. i'm having decent gains but want to try something new and everyone who does this westside program seem to be satisfied with it. I'm just worried because it doesn't seem like enough lifts. like on chest day i'm used to doing decline, flats, incline dbs, etc, and training tri's on a totally seperate day to make sure i'm getting the most out of them. Is this a good routine for someone on AAS or should i keep to my original routine? like i said i'm not doing too bad with everything now. bench 355, squat 455 and i'm not doing deads because it feels like my guts are gonna bust. Any critiquing on the westside style, i'd appreciate it. thanks bros
