Hear ya go Slow cooker Porage (yep like the three bears)

3/4 cup Brown Rice
1/4 cup Wheat Berries or Wheat Splet (health food Store)
5 cups water

Start it b-4 bed on low 8 hours later You got it !

I add, Honey or splendra, raisns or dired fruit ect...(anything you add to your oatmeal) Makes enough for a couple of meals, Reheats just fine.
