I just started my carb-up today after 2 week into keto. Anyways I had a bannana an hour before weights, and only lasted with weights for 40 mins before feeling like i would die.. anyways i then ate some instant oatmeal with water, with 3 cups of chocolate milk, and then I had a handful of choc raisins. Right now i feel like i could pass out and my stomach feels so full ugh. Is this normal?
