Tips for good health

Every one want to be health life. It is depends mostly on human habits. We need to maintain time for taking food. We need to maintain most things for health life. Need to take health food, we have to do exercise, dont be laze, be happy every day, every time. Smile is a great thing in human life. If you happy every day, you can live maximum days.

For health life.

Take good and healthy food,
Do exercise
Dont be laze
Be happy
Get spiritual
Bone up daily
 
By following balanced diet and regular exercise people can maintain their health. Then after green tea and oolong tea also make you healthy and fit.

Mind Body and Spirit all require attention - it would be a mistake to emphasise one area over another. Obviously there are a lot of opinions re diet but I don't think you can go wrong with a diet that emphasises lots of veggies, lean protein and healthy fats (olive oil, coccontu oil and maybe some nuts). HITT work outs rather than long slow cardio are more time efficient and less likely to lead to injury. Lift weights.

Others have suggested walks, and if you can do that in nature (parks, woodland trail, beach, etc) you can take care of both body and soul.

Meditate or at least listen to some relaxing music every day

Drink lots of pure water

Do what you can to help others. Small acts of kindness make the world a better place and doing them is also good for your psychological health and sense of well being.

And why not add some supplements. most people benefit from a high potency multivitamin, vit D and fish oil
 
Be active, exercise regularly, eat healthy avoiding unnecessary foods, don't smoke, don't do drugs, surround yourself with positive/uplifting people, and always remember to laugh and smile.
 
I like the fact that such a general question got so many people to respond with some great advice. Definitely feels like a bunch of friends in these forums, sharing their experiences and advice with each other. I see some excellent suggestions for good health from every person who responded. In fact, I think you all covered just about everything. The only thing I would add is to be sure to get a yearly physical from your doctor. Run blood and urine tests to check for healthy blood pressure, levels of iron, hormones, cholesterol, etc.

Good health means how do you love yourself. To have a healthy lifestyle make it sure you to eat the proper way of food do some regular exercise and stay away from drugs and alcohol.
