As far as carbohydrates, green vegetables are ok. Try to avoid corn, potatoes, carrots, etc. For fats… bacon (which is delicious), fish (Tuna as Hansel said), eggs, and beef. Nuts (Avocados, cashews, peanuts, almonds, walnuts) are ok in moderation because they can contain carbohydrates. Olive oil and butter isn’t bad either.
