Tips for a 2nd cycle?

Hello. I'm in the need for some tips and guidance, since i will be trying my second cycle now.
I did a Test E cycle 1 year ago, where i did week 1-10 300mg and week 10-20 500mg Test E with some T3 50mcg per day (if i remember correctly)

The cycle went OK. I gained alot of muscles, got stronger and bigger. I didn't really feel like i was "on" tho. The side effects i got from this was acne on my back, abit heavier to breathe, but nothing else. Could just be because my condition is terrible, i never do cardio.
I've had a couple of months break from the gym now, and want to start a cycle to get back into it, and especially now before the summer. I'm very unsure tho, if i should go for a bulk, to get more muscles, since i've had a little break from the gym,or just go straight for a cut to get shredded for the summer. I don't wanna be shredded with little muscles.

I'm 27 years old, weight 93kg, 190cm height. Been working out on/off for about 3-4 years. Decent at keeping healthy foodwise, could have been better.

Is there any kind of tips i could get, which way i should persue this, what kind of cycle?
The one crossing my mind was 500mg Test E for some weeks, and then after a few weeks on Test E only, i will do Test E, same amount, with some Anavar, to get more lean for the summer. Does this sound ok? I believe the Test E will get me some of the muscles i've lost on my break, and also some of my size, before Anavar will make me abit leaner.
I've also looked into the possibility of NPP, Deca, Dbol or Masteron with the Test from start, but it just seems like a waste if im gonna use Anavar anyways at the end? I don't believe there is enough time for me to gain some more muscles, and get leaner, before the summer starts... Tren is not an option. Don't wanna go there (yet).

I also really don't want to lose my hair, since im only 27, and do care about my hair. Therefor Masteron seems out of the picture already.(?)

Agian, this will only be my 2nd cycle. I'm not an expert. Pretty "clueless" compared to others. I'm only seeking advice and help. Test E + some Anavar for the remaining 6 weeks seems safe enough, unless there is another compound i could add, which seems ok enough.

I'm fully tattooed on my body, but for some reason i really hated the part of needling myself in the glutes. Doing it twice a week for Test is fine by me, but adding other oils seems like alot for me. Like, do i do 2 diffrent needles every time, or can i use the same needle for the different compounds to make it easier to do the pinning.


All tips are greatly appreacited, thanks. Keep all the hate for yourself, it truely wont bother me.
 
If the cycle you did last time worked for you then repeat until it doesn't.
20 weeks is a bit long though and it makes it much harder to recover.
Try this
Test-500mg/wk 1-14
Add in an oral around week 8 or so when lifts stall. Tbol or Anavar at 50mg/day would be great.
You don't need to add in a bunch of drugs. Straight test is a great second cycle.

Yes, the Test only gave me some gains. But i would like abit more. I felt like it gave me alot of strenght, but not visible muscles. I also felt bloated..
Maybe the anavar at the end would help with that yes.

Gaines are made by hard training and proper eating for your goals. Drugs are a small part of the equation. Like 5%.
Did you use an AI on cycle? You may have had elevated estrogen that caused you to hold water and bloat.
Could also have been what you were eating. What did your diet look like?
When you master how your body responds to test and know how to fix any issues that arise then think about using other drugs. Bodybuilding is a long game. Unless your very genetically gifted or a newbie lifter your not gonna put on more than 5-6 lbs a year. Better off using less drugs and putting on quality muscle then taking a bunch of drugs and puffing up with water and then losing it all when you come off. Slow and consistent is what the key is here.
If you want real guidance then start a training and diet log. We can follow your progress and then when it's time help design the proper cycle for you. You def did the right thing asking first then just taking a bunch of gear and having issues.

@Legomannen123 EF family welcomes you broly and @s.gentz is right there is a lot of things we need to know including this estrogen situation.

what we need to know is more about you, like your current situation and how you are day to day before you even start the log, we need to learn about you as a crew so we can truly guide you , not just be guessing right

All i did was the normal cycle, and then some Aromasina when i started noticing some side effects.
