Time to take a break

due to a slight strain in my left shoulder I have to take a break for a few days:mad: This sucks I was on a good pace and making a lot of pr's for my bodyweight. it all happened on a bad spot on incline, I got 265 for 4 up no prob, then I did 225 for 9 and on the 10th one my spotter pull toward him before I locked out and really fast. My arm got really numb and I had to cut my workout short. Now it is starting to feel better bu I'm not gonna push it. SO no boxing and lifting untill tues, unless it is legs:( . Basically the message is know your spotter and tell them what you want.....:bawling:
 
so true, but I wish my gf could lift the weight so she coiuld spot me. boobies over me ;) no way would I fail on any rep, just to touch the boobies:p
 
go the go ahead from a doctor I work with, took an X-ray said I was fine just had a slight stretch in my front delt and that to ice and use heat. Said I should be fine by today, shoulder feels good and I think I need the time off to rest...
