due to a slight strain in my left shoulder I have to take a break for a few days
This sucks I was on a good pace and making a lot of pr's for my bodyweight. it all happened on a bad spot on incline, I got 265 for 4 up no prob, then I did 225 for 9 and on the 10th one my spotter pull toward him before I locked out and really fast. My arm got really numb and I had to cut my workout short. Now it is starting to feel better bu I'm not gonna push it. SO no boxing and lifting untill tues, unless it is legs
