Ok ladies. At long last, I convinced my wife to join a gym. She is around 5'4" and 110lbs. Low bf perhaps 10% tops. The thing is, muscle tone is poor. There is little to even support the skin in places. (She's 36yo).
I start giving her one tenth of one cc of test a week. Her energy levels have improved remarkably. Appetite good obviously. Question is: Is one tenth ok and what about a test/deca stack. Deca around 200mg/week. Any help would be so much appreciated.
