I am getting married in exactly 19 days. There is SO much going on right now and trying to keep my job too I've noticed that I can't make it to the gym as much as I usually can.

Last week I only went TWICE!

WHat I'm asking is: Not being able to go is stressing me out : like I'm going to become flabby overnight or fat or something! How much time does it take to see the affects of not training ??? Am I worring for no reason?

I will probably for the next three weeks be able to squeeze 2-3 times a week at the gym for 30 min tops. :(

The last week before the wedding I should be able to go more often . Someone comfort me please. :(
 
DIET is the most important thing! If your diet is strict (and even a little stricter since you are not working out), you should be fine...that 2-3 times at the gym for 30 minutes should be enough. Try fitting in some walking/jogging in the mornings, etc.

I understand being busy...I teach high school and take grad classes at night. I maybe make it to the gym 2-3x/week as well at the moment (because when I do have the time to go, my gym is PACKED and there is an hour wait for cardio machines...I don't have time for that). I've still lost about 4 pounds in the past two weeks, however...but I do figure skate and I'm on the ice anywhere from 6-10 hrs/week so that helps.
 
Don't stress yourself into the grave. :) Enjoy your last single days, bond with your FI, get some quiet time before the crazy wedding weekend.

Get out when you can - do lunges down the street, situps while watching TV, pushups during commercials, even jumping jacks. :) Go for a walk one night or early AM.

Like FS said, try to be more strict with diet when training is inconsistent. That should help. But don't worry....life is too short. No major life-altering changes will occur to your body in 19 days unless you eat like TOTAL crap and sit on the couch all day.

Thanks. I cant believe that I could be so busy. I have not been inside the gym since last Friday! Now I'm sick so I have been bed ridden for two days. I'm afraid to eat now. I can do anything Im so stressed. Sorry had to get it out somwhere.
 
Not honeymooning until February.... my next break off of school. We are taking a "mini-moon", probably someone in CA (close to us). We move into our new house in Nov, so need to put effort into that first - before a BIG trip. Right now, planning on HI or Riviera Maya in MX. Unfortunately,

we have to delay it slightly.....but hopefully making a honeymoon baby! :)

How about you? Where are you going???????
 
im going on a cruise to the bahamas. :( however, it seems that there may not be much left to see w/ all the hurricanes! Oh well what do you do???

I have 12 days left and i am freaking out. I had the biggest stress binge ever yesterday. :( I never do that! Cant wait for the vacation!

Drink lots of water! Don't let the stress increase your cortisol & make your system freak out.
