My usual leg day was
5x20 squats
5x10 stiff leg deads
5x3 regular deads
5x5 Bulgarian split squats
3x5 jump squats w/ DB
MY NEW ROUTINE:
5x5 squats (Max effort)
5x10 sumo deads
3x100 leg press
5x50 glute & hams w/ chains/plates
5x20 barbell lunges
3x25 bench jumps
3x5min wall sits adding a 45 at every min
