I think 3 hours is ok..
Hey Shinobi i do that all the time , just wait 3 hours and eat about 40 grams of high GI carbs to be strong and feel fine for the workout.
Of course i see that you are doing morning cardio on empty stomach in order to loose fat so high GI carbs are not suitable, just eat some oatmeal and will should be ready.
