time between cycles

how long should you wait between cycles.....i did a 12 week cycle of winny and LOVED it ..just wondering how long I should/gotta wait to do another. This one will be more for gaining some size whereas the other was to keep what I had while dieting down for a competition.
On a side note..I won my division..it was sooo exciting and I was so happy for my first competiotion and all.

General rule of thumb: time on = time off. However, winny can really throw the HDL/LDL out of whack.....you may wish to add another month and keep it at 16 weeks.
