i would start on the low end 10-20mg.. never exceed 30-40 total for the day and keep a close eye on your bloods

Assuming you are on TRT, and using it as a pre-workout, yeah just use it sporadically. If you aren't on TRT, only run it on cycle, and only run it maybe 4 weeks unless you go with a really low dose.
